Scalable end-to-end management of clinical Doppler holography cohorts


Scans a root folder to index .holo, HoloDoppler, and EyeFlow renders into a local database. Provides interactive filtering and browsing of Holo, HoloDoppler, and EyeFlow entries (by date, tags, software version, ID lists). Exports filtered lists of files/folders for downstream analysis or cohort processing. Ships as a one-click Windows launcher (DopplerManager.exe) for easy deployment.

At the cohort scale, DopplerManager releases a rich panel of quantitative blood-flow metrics derived from Doppler holography data via HoloDoppler/EyeFlow. It provides operator-independent retinal hemodynamics, including flow-velocity maps, arterio-venous pulsatility indices, blood volume rate, vascular density metrics, and related rheological parameters. In parallel, it aggregates mechanical indices of the vascular bed—such as resistance, compliance, and stiffness—so these metrics can be compared and tracked across large clinical cohorts.
